Explain any bad history or alts you may have, State all you alts, if you use, if yes when and why. : i have 2 mains and 2 alts my 1st main is master but i stopped playing when i had that account now my main now is black belt my 1st alt is blue and this is yellow (IF YOU WANT NAMES PM ME)
Also state your previous clans and orgs: Urban,Nightmare,Hero,Gods,Mistery

Provide in-game crew with replays and in-game style

Provide personalty pack with an about me paragraph : well im nice,cool,and funny i don't act like a douche and i respect people only if they don't start with me

Provide skills team with proof of any skills and abilities you may have that are TB related (art,market,etc) : Art,Video Editor

Ooh that makes perfect sense. You spent what, two years getting to a master belt and forgot the name of the account. Yeah that happens to me all the time. Also why would we need to pm you for the alt names, please do post them here
