I think the eyes need to be bigger, and i think those "wings" on the sides may be too close... I'm not sure though.

In it's current state, it looks like a lizard.

Ok anyways....

Remove the seam, make the horns slightly bigger and point them <--Outwards-->

Make the nose bigger, & make it somehow rounder, atm it looks arrow-like :F

Stronger shading please, it looks a little bit draw-ish-ish-ish. lel.

Anyways, I like how it looks. Fix those things, and make a somewhat bigger preview :P

Although other people won't think that....They will mistake it for a seam :3

If you want it more like in the ref, you should make the skeleton face visible. Or it will look more like a seam.

What about Volan De Mort's nose?
