If you are referring to the force win command then no. You can't use it because it would be abused dramatically. However, you should know by now that people who are afk automatically spectate. So I don't see any major issue here...

ya, i was wondering the same thing. I was in a betting lobby, and the op, (forgot who), turned afk penalty on for 1k because someone was obviously going to idle. Anyway, then there was an argument on whether or not it was allowed for a non-gm to use the afk penalty. (just trying to clarify)

Well apparently it is allowed for anyone to use it who wants to. I really don't see a major point in it though since the TC is sunk (not even given to house).

People who abuse it like that should be not allowed to use it and punishing someone simply because they went afk is stupid. But like I said before I see no point at all in using it aside from being a meany.
