honestly: it will
lifesteal + reduced magic damage makes me a strong opponent in a 1v1. And if I can farm enough gold in early game my HP will be way above 1.6k ;)

You obviously forgot Le Blancs ultimate xD
It repeats the spell but +60% of the damage it would normally do, if I use my most damaging spell, then the ultimate then I use my stun to stun you in place then teleport, by then, I can do another rotation, so in say, 6 seconds, Le Blanc can do 2300+ x) Which is why I love her, she's the very definition of OP, late game she nukes for 2800+ and if you stay near her her normal attack spell just does like 600 damage anyways :L

that's mostly because I dont like her
she is pretty easy to play: q,w,e,r - kill. If not, repeat as often as wanted

anyway, if I can control you in early game. keep my build straight and put my ulti in the right place, I do a nice ammount of damage combined with lifesteal which makes me kinda hard too ;)

pair my flash with my teleport and my ulti, if you do get the drop on me your still not gonna finish me off and get that beautiful beautiful gold reward.

But eitherway, shes hard to play if you are new to mages, but if you get a good start and harrass early aswell as pick off a few last hits on the minions and build your AP quickly, you'll be OP early.
