This item can not be traded.
Then you try to buy it from market it writes that. So, they can set it for 1 tc and noone will buy. + Then booster expires it will just disappear from your inventory.

then how those people got them on their markets?

probably old mobile boosters that for one reason or another didnt disappear, they don't actually work anymore and are just useless novelty items
