It doesn't cost to join a clan but when you join a clan that's unofficial it's nice to contribute a bit towards the clan bank and becoming official.

Use the whinebox/ban appeals if you want to discuss your ban. Simply asking the staff to unban doesn't work. And to get in bleu, read the first post. It will guide you through the joining process.
