The word "raku"

Raku (spelt with a capital) means lightning, raku without a capital is Japanese pottery.

On another note, a rare opportunity was offered to our school yesterday, an Australian game design company called 'Lightmare' offered our school the chance to sign up to a traineeship and attend an introductory session, the traineeship involves going to TAFE for 18 weeks once a week to get a Certificate III in media. After that we are employed for a minimum of 27 weeks under Lightmare, all work is done online, it's pretty sweet if you ask me.

Great opportunity.

EDIT: oh yeah, if you successfully complete the TAFE certificate it counts 10% towards your final VCE score (ATAR)

True, English rule would seem to make it so, however because the name is meant to be 'raku' it remains un-capitalized.
