Can we please get a definitive answer that this is in fact either a "Collector's Item" vs. an Actual, Activatable, Relax.

I've seen an in-game PICTURE but never seen confirmation.

Hector Relax can not be seen in-game, due to the fact that it's just an Collector's Item. It shows as default relax in-game when activated. Own experience.
