Bro, you could buy beta access for 30 bucks. :3 But yeah, it's expensive. Just sign up for beta access and hope for the best, I guess. It's a really, really good game.

I signed up for the beta a while ago and never got a key, and since it's going to be free when it actually comes out i don't really want to pay for it.

If you pay for it, you get a bunch of shiny outfits and haaaaaats :3

Oh wow, didn't think the outfits would win you over. They are kind of pretty though... Well, the Jug and Sven ones are, I haven't even seen Witch Doctor's.

It's not even the outfits, really. I just thought about it more and realized that I could put enough time into it this summer to make the purchase worth it, and that I want a new game to play.
The outfits are kind of nice, though :P

First game of Dota vs real people: went 7/7/8 as Viper and lost. I don't want to put the whole blame on my team, but some of them had no idea what they were doing. I'm not good by any means, but some of them thought running into the whole enemy team was a good idea and i just don't understand.
At the moment, the Bounty Hunter looks pretty fun.

Man, I know how that feels. You're doing okay all game long, minding your own business and doing the occasional gank and then... The T2 tower on bot has fallen and mid is 1/15. What?

Oh god, BH. He's not as incredibly frustrating to play against as Riki, but his damage output is disgusting. You should do it. How's Viper btw, as I said I've never played him.
