Ah, Mikechup lost all his texture items except for the torso and the head.
I talked to Stellar ingame and he said he will make sure you took care of it.
It was weird because Mike had the textures the day before and they just vanished from his inventori.
Anyway, Stellar said you would take care of it, he probably forgot about it..
We're not sure what caused this, we checked his account history and all but that was empty.
The items really just vanished..
Okay, I'll take a look when I've got some time. The tricky thing with these sorts of cases is that you have to prove that a. He had the item and b. He didn't sell the item. B tends to be the hard one for most people, especially since the transaction history likes to be a bit screwy and doesn't show info very far back.
We noticed it at first three days ago.
It was a long time until he played though, he also played from different locations, hence the different IP addresses.
We found out this with Stellar.
It's weird though, because IF it was stolen, why not take all items AND his Demon..
I might have screenshots showing Mike's full texture set.
I cannot prove he didn't sell it other than showing you his account history.
Okay. The main problem is that the transaction history only goes back to around the middle of June at the moment (It's got some annoying system set up where it clears itself every once in a while to save space), and I have no way of telling whether he sold the items or traded them away or whatever before that.
But he had the items a week ago. He only lost them recently and had the items before that day.
Do you want me to ask him if he can prove he had the items?
If he can prove that he had the items in the time period that is covered by the transaction history then yeah, we should be good.
