Very nice!
Maybe add a little more to the blood on the fangs. And some more detail to the hairs on top of the head. And under the purple face plate thing.
Overall really good. (At least I think so.)

I agree with adding more blood and the top of its head really bucks me.

Also, that neck looks weird and doesn't match with the head (IMO)

I think this is amazing bro. You seem to have a very good sense of lighting and depth.
I think the entire purple section(eyes included) is perfect. No changes.
The hair and the the reddish thing above the eyes could use some tweaking
and maybe add some more detail to the neck.
But the proportions are spot on, and it actually does have some creepiness going on there ;) so well done bro.

I admit adding an eggsack on the top of his head was a bit of a wierd idea didn't spend much time on the neck, could probably do that much better.
