Unofficial clan tags don't expire.
The clan system has been re-implemented. This unfortunately deleted the existing clans, both official and unofficial. Official clans don't need to re-apply. But they do need to contact a moderator for the clan (such as co-leader or leader) to rebuild the clan and reinvite everyone from scratch. I assume this is because official clans have their own board.
Unofficial clans have to reregister their names, which is why it's costing you 10k.

If you've already purchased a toriclan
You can ask a clan mod to remake it for you. If you don't ask a clan mod to remake it for you, it will cost you 10,000 TC. Show them your previous application(this is faster) or give them the following information,
Leader: (name of the leader)
Name: (name of the clan)
Tag: (the tag you want)
Thread: (a link to your clan's thread)
So maybe we don't need to pay again.
