"the naughty step" is there to give them a chance to improve. If they improve ( stop breaking rules) they will be placed back into the clan. otherwise they will be kicked and reported if the circumstances require.

This clan is nowhere near as fun as when I joined, ninja was a lenient co-leader :/
But it can't be helped considering wik is never around, I geuss it's the only way to keep some nubs in-line. xD

It's easy to find a good combo.

These are the three rules I have a problem with.

Number 1: I don't think of you as senior members, but as friends, this rule gives dominance to those with a higher clan rank. Like the joke I made about calling a level 30s in LoL jerks, then chongy said, are you calling me a (whatever it was I said). Which is when I replied: Maybe...
Which is when speakesy kicked me from the chat room for around 20 seconds. It was a joke that was taken too seriously. Of course if this rule was taken a step further, into flaming senior clan members and disobeying their orders and being an all around annoying crybaby, i would understand a strike for this. Sadly with this one time you have chosen to mention was on Skype, now i know we encourage communication on Skype but me and chongy will joke around more or less 24/7 on Skype now kicking and re adding people in a Skype call is someone what down to the leader of the call as it seems to happen to everyone in the Skype call most of the time you just have not witnessed this and think of it as us singling you out.

Rule number 2: I don't Really have so much a problem with this one other than most chat/talk thread posts are made with to only one clan member, like you mageer, asking for a good force/lax combo, I gave you a reply but considering it was a reply made to ONLY you, I had to put an extra tid-bit of information at the bottom so as not to get a strike. This should be a rule, but I believe we should only get a strike if it's a useless post torwards another user, or was a repeated offense. Explained 2 posts down

Number 3: I have very little problems with this one other than: What if I am unable to do what he asks me to do? I would get a strike according to the rules, or what if I have to go? I would still get a strike, but the reason I have very little problems with this rule is that im sure that whoever told me to do something would be understanding about my current situation.
you will not be punished for breaking a rule for the way the rule is worded, rules are flexible to each situation as all are different. Myself + Wik will both review each strike to come to a conclusion to avoid any possible bias to people involved.


That's all I have wrong with these rules.
