because otherwise, everyone would be running lotteries

you could, maybe, run two events, one with partial lottery prize, other with remaining lottery money?

could i do what u said and run a partial lottery and then use the rest of the money to buy something then have a lottery for that

If you are holding a contest/lottery and it has entry fees/tickets, it's against the rules to keep even 1 credit that someone paid you for a ticket/entry fee.
