I've heard Bulletstorm is awesome.

Oblivion is amazing and has hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours of amazing gameplay. (I still haven't completed it 3 years on).

Dead Island kinda sucks on PC, but is awesome on console.
(Developers couldn't give two shits about the PC version and there are frequent graphical issues)

Those i seem most intresting is

I would say oblivion anyday.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is great in my opinion.
I have all of the Assassin's Creed games so I might be a bit biased =P

How about shanking a guy then tossing his body off a roof into a now horrified crowd?

That's pretty much the game right there. The story is alright, but the highlight is the game play. Semi-open world, do quests if and when you want to. For the most part I just hop around town killing guards at random.
