Indeed, it fits him and I also like the lighter/darker play with both sides.

The only thing that I dont like in it is that the left side of the sig(the white side)looks a little dirty.

I wouldnt add a text because it looks good enough already. But if you want or have to add a text I would probably put it vertically on the right side. Could fit it best since the focus is on the person in the middle.

Nah, I wouldnt add any more effects. Otherwise it'll easily be too much. The way it is now is just fine in my opinion.
Well, for that reason a text might be a good idea, so just try around with it and see what you like the most ;)
