I think should be prices for unbanning account like:

Duel scam- 10x For amount that was scammed.
Farming Qi- 100k
Being a dick-200k
Farming tc- just removing all toricredits from ac and items and 1 week ban
dos-never
account trading- 1kk or 100$

This will increase the numbers of people that play tb because 90% of community are kids and sometimes they make mistakes but administration should understand because they are more experienced and smarter

This has been suggested numerous times before and it's not going to happen because this suggestion is shit in every possible way.

If you are trying to find ways to shorten a ban or unban yourself using tc then you likely don't know what bans are for and you deserve to be banned for a greater length.

Waiting the ban out and behaving better is the only and best way to get unbanned. (if it is non-permanent)
