But by that logic you would have to ban every other subculture that exists. Hippies never shower. Metal kids worship Satan. Punks drink too much and get in fights. Rap fans carry guns. Rude boys smoke weed. etc. The government has no place telling people how to dress or think. Its just shitty that Russia is so corrupt.
