I don't think it's racist at all.
It's the same with requesting a Christian texture, or Buddhist one. Muslim isn't even a race, it's a religion...

However it could be a bit more specific. I mean, "Muslim" is a bit too general. Could you add some more details please? We need some info to work on. ;)
