Do a lot of stretches, nimble up that body, strengthen 'dem fingers, tighten that core, harden those pecs, eat healthy and do some yogging or whatever. Don't push your body to hard though, get comfortable with the exercises then you push it a bit further, Be in tune with your body like being able to lift yourself with little difficulties and pick up random activities such as breakdancing and stuff. Like how they can hold their bodies in some weird ways like the chair, They have great balance and sense of their locomotion all together, pros are great to watch. Throwing each other around and stuff.

Don't give up, it's really Haarcore, Madernday 'sassin or ninjee.
