There should be toricredit gift cards like a 10 dollor 25 50 100 etc.

No need for them, the Pay by Cash option for buying Toricredits in the shop already supports a lot of off the shelf cards. Be sure to check which ones work in your country though.

Not much point. One is simply able to gift another TCs via "Send TC.'

And considering the high prices at which you can buy them from the Torishop/system, I doubt it would become popular.

Nah dont like this idea why would you go to a store to buy a giftcard while u can sit on ur desk paying it from phone or credit card idk...

You wouldn't need that , you can already buy with PayPal on "Buy TC with PayPal" In the shop. Also, it's easier to just buy it on the internet than go to the shop and buy a card.
