My computer doesn't turn on at all and takes me to the setup im typing this on my phone

Hey everyone. I'm sorry I haven't been on in forever. I'm in the process of moving and haven't had much down time, combined with the fact that to post or play I need to hook my phone up to my laptop. Anyway, I'll try to be more active from now on. I swear.
