Oh. Well, if half-rhymes count, I'll go with lozenge.

I've been reading (again) Karl Marx's The Communist Manifesto lately, and for the nth time, the book's contents have managed to both pique my interest and tickle my analytic mind. I do not, in any way, subscribe to Marx's political belief system (Democracy all the way!), but I acknowledge the "food for thought" capacity of his works, especially when his ideas can be used to further improve democracy (communistic ideals being used to refine democratic principles ... you don't see that everyday).

Anyway, I'd like to know your opinions bros. Do you think that a "classless" society is possible?

More than that, can it be feasibly achieved via Marx's 5-step process (Agricultural Revolution -> Industrial Revolution -> Bloody Revolution -> Socialism/Socialist government -> Communism/Classless society without a government)?

Communism itself, seems to me, to be unfeasible, for the simple reason that only those of lower classes are likely to support it, and so it is more useful as propaganda for a group to overthrow their government and take power for themselves. History has shown that the newly established dictatorship is where the "progress" stops. The final step from socialism to communism has never occurred in history, and for good reason; who would give up their power after working towards obtaining it? Who would still hold the same ideals as they once did at the bottom, once they are at the top?

Exactly. In line with our discussion of human nature, no government, or even individual for that matter, will be so altruistic to the point that it/he will be willing to surrender the fruits of its/his labour just for the purpose of attaining an ideological state of existence.

More than that, history does speak for itself in this situation. Amidst all of the ideological hoo-hah, historically speaking, the transition from socialism to pure communism is, quite frankly, an enigma.

Actually, the transition itself is quite ironic because it requires an authoritarian/elitist government to willfully remove its own authority. Yeah, like that would happen.
