I didn't read the rest of the thread but I'm going to be going with hanz0. The way he deals with people is brilliant. He also makes comic iirc, which when I last checked were pretty decent.

hanz0's 'professional' speech habit when he uses a lot of synonyms and prolongs sentences so that it sounds like the most matter-of-fact thing. Also, his insults when he does it the professional way.
siku's rather 'blunt' personality combined with his funny remarks on things invokes laughs. Simple as that.
Culapou is pretty funny at #toribash but sometimes he says some disgusting stuff.
