Both of your applications are incomplete. If you wish to join a clan, the least you could do is verify you have all the necessary components. If you can't be bothered to make your best app, we can't be bothered to accept you.
And seagl3, although you are a cool guy and it was good having you in Alliance, there were times I heard of Alliance having a bad reputation because of certain members being elitist and immature, and your name came up. There were several occasions of your immaturity, you were kicked for inactiveness and there's no guarantee that that has changed, and like Xi said, if you don't have Skype, this clan will be boring for you.
