How would the initial transaction work?

Also I don't understand the prices.

Um. It's very simple. You'd send me money, I then confirm I've received it and then send you TC.

rate means how many TC I'll sell you for 1 dollar.

Eg 9,5k/$, if you buy TC for $10, I'll give you 95k (95 000) TC. If you buy more and buy for example for $25, that would give you 250k TC.
