Well, I noticed the other day that my post background was no longer active. So I checked the Image URL, and apparently it had been removed from Image Shack.

So, I decided to get a new post background. I uploaded one that I liked, and all was good. But I got back on this morning and saw that it wasn't there. I got a new post background that I like alot, uploaded it, seemed to work well, but then it disappeared again.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

You're uploading them to a shit service. Use something like Photobucket or similar, Image Shack hate hotlinks, and they hate you. Worst image service EVER.

Oh, I know. I didn't originally upload the image to image shack. I requested a post background and that's what the artist chose to use.

I've been using Imgur to upload the last 2 backgrounds, but it's still not helping. And I checked. The images aren't been removed from the site. I can still access the image using the URL.

Should've made that ^ clear to start with. Anyone have the solution to this?

It needs to be a direct link to the image file itself. Can't check stuff with a link like that stuck in for the image lol.

Hmm. That wasn't the image link that was in the box. I uploaded it to imgur, and I made sure it was a direct path to the image. The whole screen is white except for the image.
