People I haven't really seen active and I couldn't really find in the inactivity thread:

oofun4 (I know he's derping around somewhere but I haven't seen him post)

Also maybe shove the other inactive people in a seperate inactive tab under the normal members? This would be

Alright, made a new rank and updated donations.

Any other changes?

EDIT: I've allowed the normal members to be able to manage wars.
