LOL, we can have animated backgrounds so yeah, if you could make a semi animated background and added backgrounds to the usertitle/avy/sig and had it sync with the background, I only need some movement I might not I just want it to look good so ye try your damnedest

Maybe my forklift with rainbows coming out the back of it and the forklift's fork part is at the very right and have like rows and rows of them and then have the rainbow trail be set up and mapped into my sig and avvy
Only helpful I think I found was max size for bg is 500kb no template :c but I made a post asking for one.
