@Ranged: since I am a poor scholar ( ), I don't have the money to buy a new console. But even if I could I wouldn't, since I'm happy with my Xbox360 which I happen to play on during weekends, at least when I got the time for it.
I'm currently deep into the Gears of War series, if anyone has played them/it yet, I'd be happy to talk about it.
@soul: Clash of Clans is a game for smartphones where you can build up your castle/city and attack other people. The basic principle isn't that great, but it's fun from time to time.
I'll look it up later. haha. I have a game similar to that I'm pretty far in. Also I have a PC version called Travian. I've joined an elite alliance that uses skype all the time for communication and regulates global messages to keep order.
Very small alliance that does things that HUGE alliances struggle to do in terms of gameplay. Our motto is "We punch above our numbers".
On the UK servers we're considered the elite group xD Shouldn't attack us because you get deleted :c
What's so fun about Clash of Clans anyway?

Yeah but seriously. What makes it so addicting?

There's not alot addiction-potential, at least in my eyes. It's just kinda funny to devastate someone's castle but you need alot of patience to farm up gold for upgrades etc since you are gettin robbed/farmed most of the time too.
Well I downloaded it a few days ago and can't say I'm doing well. I just keep getting attacked everytime

I would like to give you an epic advise, but exept building up your gold/elixir income and farming other people, there isn't alot to do against it
