Hello. The qi cap is not "winning" 100 games, its "playing" 100 games (counts winning and losing). You can check here many games you have played in the last 24 hours Here.
Sometimes when you don't play 100 games in a day, your QI glitches sometimes. It usually self fixes though, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

For tc, you should be able to keep getting tc per win, but it's only in official servers. You can't get tc in private servers.

Suck. I am quite sure that if you play 100 games in one day you will no longer be able to get TC in public servers.

its not really playing 100 matches. you still need to win them to gain Qi.

Thats not true Buck. QI = games played, not games won.
