Quite big lol

Also, updated.

I don't know if I see it now because you zoomed the image, but I kinda get where you were going with it. Anyways, I love how you made the spearhead resemble like it was handmade, nice touch with that.
You could add something in the bacgkround, I think something simple that can be added to the background can go very well with it, maybe some vegetation and vines that hang from the top, up to you.

Nice work so far,
Fenris.

Some example I found:

Thank you very much! ;) I work in Adobe Illustrator, as it says on the OP.

Added some atmosphere in photoshop:

mmm finally some texture

you should really look in to that right pec body part it looks really weird. maybe its how the whole shoulder, pec, and pec_body is aranged or maybe your lighting is off. shouldnt the our left side be darker?
your lighting is still weird to me
and the bg looks a little bland to me
don't talk to me or my dudes ever again
the vines that are on the torso/mask/top right corner still look like regular stripes to me
the eye cavities are lacking perspective (you're putting borders in every side of it)
the vines and that other thing in his right bicep give shadows to the body, so i'd suggest you to try that
now can you tell me what the tori's body movement suggests you? i'm not sure if he's going for the kill or if he's walking like a weird diva on the red carpet
that perspective reminds me of this picture:

maybe you could make dark clouds/foggy, if you're aiming for a dark mood
fix the paint. if you want to be realistic i highly suggest you to google blood wounds (you have to conscious that you'll face some horrible pics, but it's only my suggestion. i would google.)

FIX IT. THE LIGHT IS COMING FROM THE RIGHT SO MAKE SURE THE SHADOWS ARE IN THE LEFT SIDE OF THE OBJECTS AND NOT AT THE RIGHT LIKE THE CHEST, LUMBAR AND PECS BODYPARTS. also fix the joints, don't just make a circular white to transparent gradient over them, they are also influenced by light just like the bodyparts.
fix the breast bodypart.
