Update your drivers. It is the problem.

Update your video driver. And if you have updated it automatically and still get the problem, then update it manually. The problem is caused by the absence of open gl.

Try downloading the Toribash 4.8 beta 6 as well. Should solve the problem with some of the bugs ironed out.
