I won in a public tourney room but didn't get any tc. Waited a few hours but the tc still hasn't shown up. Any help?

Proof please. It could be a server glitch. Was there alot of ping?

Only proof I have is chat history. Which is useless since its editable. Someone was multiclienting in the room, that was basically the only problem in the room no ping and not a lot of lag

No one can really help this without proof. Make sure you actually didn't get the tc too.

Perhaps one of the Gamemasters can go through and check to see if you won the tourney in your past match history. Find someone on the #support IRC or with a blue name on the forums or a ~ next to their name ingame.

Link, the staff have the proof available to them most likely so don't write him off so fast.

I havnt played many games after the tourney so it could still be possible evan though it was 1/2 days ago. So ill try it thanks.

Apex, I've never seen a glitch in an auto-tourney, i would way the problem was that there were not enough games played to give out the prize (when people quit after the tourney starts, if i remember correctly there has to be 3 fights or more to give out prizes).

If you didn't win 750 tc, there probably wasn't enough people there.

All OFFICIAL tournies have a minimum amount of 5 players once someone wins a tourney. If there's a message that clearly says that there was not enough people in the room to send the prize, then what are you going to do? There's not enough people in there.
