if you want it do get noticed then don't try and it might happen naturally.

We'd all like to have our stuff noticed. :v
Seriously though, just do what you love, and do it for yourself. Worrying about getting noticed is a lost cause, because for the most part (speaking bluntly here), you're not going to be noticed outside the immediate circle of people you show your stuff to. There's no magic formula to it, recognition will come (almost) automatically once you're good enough.
