What is this about? I read the entire thread but I don't understand how this is going to work.

We will be making an arm texture for all of our clan members to wear based upon rank. We will not buy you the arm texture ITEM, you must do that yourself.

I can lend some tc for arm textures to those who need it.
Emphasis on the "lend" and "need it" though (I won't just be giving textures away because people want them, and I will expect a re-payment later on).
