his steam id appears with those info

I believe that they have already linked your Toribash profile with Steam ID's, hence the blip on the forums and Steam yesterday.
Additionally, I have only played Toribash for three minutes so far, so I am unsure of whether Steam names or client registered names show up in the in-game rosters. If not, that would be good as well (for the most part, it might be shocking to see Foreskin Salad as a username in Toribash).

This is a good idea, and should be implemented as stated.

I personally think the Info Command is useful as is but as I always say, there is always room for improvement.
