He is dumb sometimes, water got in the electrics and my sister got up at night to go to the toilet but ended up stepping in water. Couldve electrocuted her in the worst case scenario.
Gonna cost a lot to fix crap here (a lot more than a plumber would've costed...)

Yeah, that's why he's an idiot. Flooding can cause SO much damage, between electronics, mold and mildew, water damage to storage, bodily harm, and structural damage, as well as a heap of other things. There's a reason plumbers exist, and it's to avoid shit like what happened at your place.
