In my experience it won't really matter if specific people don't post.
Some people are more ingame heavy (mudjad) and others only use the forums.
I agree that some inactive members should be PM'ed (tacticaled), but requesting both ingame and forum activity from every single clan member daily is a bit of a stretch.

Some people in this clan should be more forum active and from experience i would know what it feels like. I'm trying to be very forum active because I'm in this clan. I was very ingame active but I never really was forum active and that's why my post count is so low.
