daxter he was talking about a full body texture.

with the head texture, try and be as devil-ish and gruesome as you can, make the horns draw you in to features on the side, make the eyes either large so they take up quite a bit of the front face, or small but quite a few of them, cuts work well as well. whispy thin hair on top can work if you can manage it.
