The punch was unnatural along with the way you landed. You should go back and edit from 915.

Yeah that's were I was planning on working on it, I couldn't get anything better for the punch though...

Forget the punch, follow up with a kick.

Also when you do spins and launches make them look more natural.

When you did the spin from the launch your body crumbled. This isn't super bad if you can learn to hide it. By more natural I mean this btw.
