Hey Guys, what do you think of my first head texture that I made.

please give me tips on how I should improve in the future

Looks pretty good for a first head.
but it more looks like a first or second wip of a not finished head.
Feels like there should be a face in the grey/white space.

Yeah I was thinking of the same thing but I did not have a clue on how to incorporate it, if someone is willing to show me how they would do it feel free to edit it.

Try rendering or shading the blues because it does look rather flat at the moment. Even a simple gradient can make it pop and give it some more aesthetic potential.
My heart just wouldn't be in it, you know? haven't got one.
