I've been looking round the site, and had unsatisfactory answers from players online...
What is the purpose of clans, and how do you join them?

What benefits do you get, and what do the clan leaders get out of you joining them?

in MAD (our small clan) we mainly decline new applications, drink pepsi and kick ass.

Clans are basically groups of players who play together and who do activities together. They are a way for players to get a closer relationship with certain other players. Clans can do clan fights and clan wars, to determine who is the best clan and there's a clan league where clans can fight each other to win prizes. Clans can also get their own subforums where they can make topics just for the clan if they get official.

In bncy, like MAD, we enjoy declining new applicants. We also are pretty much the coolest people and are better than everyone else.

Clan are basically organizations of people like MAD, Relaxall, Bloodbath, etc
you can join a clan by visiting the clan forums and normally, they'll have a "post here to join thread"
Clans dont have a really "benefit" besides personal satisfaction

You will miss out on something great.

Only if the leader is really desperate, you probably don't want to join desperate clans anyway.

Clans i think of is like a group of friends,
Get to know everyone,Gain respect and
sometimes these ppl can help u l8r on in toribash ^^
That's why i find clans essential
