Start -> run -> "Cmd" -> type "ipconfig"
Then put that at the top of your screen and do:
Start -> run -> "Conf"
Then leave them, post the pic and wait.

EDIT: i had to take a second look at the folder "msndl" =X
EDIT2: on 3rd look it appears to actaul be porn. weird porn tho...
