Rotations in new places
I think toribash could add a rotation option for the feet, arms or neck. It would make sword mods like twin swords a whole lot better for the white belts to use and stuff like that but hey that is just a idea that i thought of.

Not supported. This would make Toribash insanely more complicated, making it much harder on new players.

You get your parts rotating as you earn skill by playing spars/whushu...
If you don't have skill, you don't have to quickly create the thread about such pointless thing.
Toribash is realistic physical fighting and if you wanna make bodyparts more rotatable, it will cease to be a - "realistic physical fighting".

like everyone else has said already this will create a world of problems for new players, i wasn't even confident with my lumbar until 3rd dan, how the hell am i going to use these new movements that will probably just get in the way?
