Is that true?

If i understood well your question, all posts written in clan boards dont count in your post count.

All Toriprime/VIP posts don't count in your post count either, and what WeppetKo said is correct as well.

Deleted posts don't count either.

Toriprime/VIP members have another section of the forum where they can post. I think there is a Toriprime board and a VIP board.

Yes darkni it doesnt count too during spammy posts in clan discussion so yea it doesnt count

Is the thing about clan board posts new?

It has been so for clan boards for like a year I think.
For the unofficial clans it's less long I guess.
