These are some pretty sweet animations for just pixels,
I especially like the skeleton because it's so detailed for so little space.

Yep, that's how i wanted the arm to go down, but rapidly
Thing is, i don't know how to animate fast movement without loss of motion quality, so i made regular laying arm down with faster fps (delay .00s from gif) but it looked like faster arm jiggling rather than stomping

The warrior guided by the spirit serves humanity, the warrior without, serves the ego.
The golem looks more 3d which is always good in a 2d game.
The mage seems to be the hardest one to animate for you, maybe don't move the head back and forth it looks weird.
The blacksmith is one of your best works personally, the animations need work. ex: shoulders go up, head goes up? That doesn't completely work irl.
Those are just my opinions I'm sure others will be different.
