Nah, he fought as he was supposed to, he knew he had to hold 12 rounds 'cause Floyd doesn't want to get his pretty face boxed. And throwing himself in too often would have been dangerous for him, that's what Mayweater was waiting for ; and Pacq did make the efforts and took some risks.
