Thanks, people! thanks a million! Great getting a proper flow of comments.
As promised, I'll post more replays in this post. first, though, I'll comment the comments (lol... but really I have something to say about all of them.
@shook: no problem, you can comment all of them individually, comment the ones you want to, give a /10 rating, point out your favourites or just tell what you generally think about them. All is fine, but of course the more the better for me, since I have more detailed info about what you think of my creations.
@Tamer0: thanks for the comments! It's completely OK that you didn't comment all of them. I can't blame you if there isn't enough to say about my replays, and not all people have the time to give as much attention to each replay as I do. about your comments:
Aerial stomp: I personally would have loved it more destructive, too, but my momentum was too much to be tamed (kept to the ground and close to uke), so I had to resort to a short combo. to get things clear, it only had two strikes, the nip of uke's calf was unintentional, and hence could hardly dismember
Bull Rush: Yeah, the opener could be more destructive, or more stylish, but as said, this isn't as good as newer ones, because I made it during my break.
Orbiter Split: You're not completely wrong. I do love destruction, too, but even a huge shatterhit isn't cool if it's stiff and needs a grab for a 100 frames. Also, I do think I have a lot of destructive replays, but they have a lot of strikes, so I do favor style over destruction for each individual strike.
Antigrav combo: funny how nobody hasn't snagged on to the "real world reference" in the explanation... or hasn't anyone read it? Either way, here, too there is at least one unintentional touch of uke, and another hit that I consider placing uke (the "punch" from below his legs in the beginning). Also Uke's leg between my legs I'd consider holding, but much more sophisticated than grabbing, and finally, the kick to the back of uke's hip joint during the final punch was to keep the rest of him in place to deliver the energy into the hip only and dismember. Just to make things clear
@wiggins: No problem, "late" rather than never. As for your comment on "wushooks", don't worry, I'm not a violent person in real life, lol. Just now did I notice that flying pec that hit my tori in the end... just caught my eye somehow.
now on to the replays:
The birth of a cripple: yeah, I said I'd ran out of break-time replays, but I found one after all. This is pretty mediocre, but thought I'd post it anyways.
aikido - flawless: what the title says: exactly (one of) the thing(s) I wanted the opener to do when I came up with it. Now that I believe I have somnething of an audience, would you consider this shoveling? Nobody said that, but once I was accused of it with that opener, so I'm not sure.
capoiera on speed: a quasi-combo, due to me flying too far off uke after the third kick. I could padhack it and put in some more bashing, but the pause would be a bit longer than I'd like
teaching uke to flip: This one is based on my Kickboxing opener. Yes, I
hate tapkicks, but by the time I noticed it here, it was too late to remove it. I might make an edit without it sometime, though. The name comes from the flip-ish thing uke's remains do in the end
flipschool extended version: A version of the above replay with the remaining leg also removed. I kept the original because the constant tapping of the floor with that leg got rather awkward, but had to keep this edit because I just
love the power if the last kick.
Yeah, I also said I'd have two combos, and actually now I also have a third one, but to keep the amount of replays no more than five and the order of them logical, I'm posting it next time
