Wouldn't recommend it tho, there is a reason you don't see much pros using p90 its because you get half of the kill reward than any other smg, as well as the fact that p90 is more expensive than the others so in the 2nd round you would rather buy another cheaper smg so you can trade it for a real gun in the 3rd round with amazing economy backing it up. There are some that use the strategy of going straight to AK/M4 the 2nd round, and that is actually okay. The logic of this is that now there are way more forcebuys the 2nd round to counter cheap smg buys, and therefore its not a bad idea to go straight to AK to counter the forcebuy, and you won't have to replace the weapon the 3rd round because you already have an AK/M4, of course this is risky because if you loose the ak/m4 you will have to eco the next two rounds while the opponent has your ak/m4, but its often worth the risk seeing as its easy to win against 5 pistols when you have ak/m4. A mix of cheap smgs and 1-2 ak/m4 is optimal.

mag 7 is love mag 7 is life.

mag 7 definitely has its purposes, if you are good with the mag 7 and hold apartments on inferno you are practically unbeatable, or if you go aggressive squeaky door on cache. And holding apartments on B on mirage, you can just jump and get kills when they are close.

or if they all rush b on dust 2 just rush from lower tunnel with negev and get ace in one spray

-Buy a smoke
-Smoke tunel entrance at B
-Go in that corner near the entrance
-Buy a P90
-Wait for the enemy team rush B with flashes and all the shit or just wait for them to rush.
-Wait for the ace.

and the DMG'S, MGE's and rarely LE'S i've been playing agaisn't have been pretty garbage, so it's fun to have strat roulette or just an over the top unnecessary crossfire.
